Only the totalitarian and unjust political system is the one that is afraid of the segment of the society that is at the top of its intellectual structure. The true democratic society promotes education of its citizens without fear that one day those same intellectuals will realize the shortcomings of the system and will turn against it. The best political system is the one which, by promoting education, is actually seeking help from its citizens in making the whole society grow and flourish by analyzing, criticizing and implementing all the truly necessary changes.
