Human Robots

We believe we humans are intelligent beings and are in full control of our brains, our actions, capabilities and are the only beings on this planet to be able to achieve whatever we can think of.
Or, are we? Can one possibly imagine Albert Einstein playing professional basketball or Mike Tyson being classically trained virtuoso pianist? Why did Alexander the Great need Aristotle as a teacher and why did Aristotle need Alexander as a student? How come there are extremely wealthy and powerful and at the same time we have a lot of people who do not know where their next meal is going to come from? Why are there criminals and mentally unstable among us?
We are all based on a number of preset states of mind and there is no way of getting out of it. Certain brain types guarantee that we will be who and what we are, nothing more, nothing less. One can try all he wants to becoming something that he is not wired to be and surely he is going to fail or what we call 'will be living mediocre life, stressed out, not fully understanding why life is so hard'. So many of us never discover our “calling”, so many of us believe we have, but none of us is aware of the fact that no one is actually in charge of their destinies. We all are lawyers, doctors, journalists, actors, criminals, politicians, laborers, soldiers, rich and poor, not by choice, but by combination of the two factors: preset brain wiring (that tells us what we are created to be and environmental influences that tell us whether we actually will become what we are created to be. This is all part of our genetic code and pretty soon we will all be told what our future will look like. Whether we like it or not.
